She empowers embodying the strength of femininity while challenging others to live in their identity and With over 25 years of leadership, Erica is changing the narrative of women operating in their calling. Erica retired from education as a nationally recognized teacher and principal. Currently, she serves as a pastor, worship leader, and organizational developer. She is co-author of several relationship books including Kingdom Relationships and LOVE: 30-day Challenge. Erica is the innovator behind tive women leadership programs, that have impacted women across the country, including Crowns and Ladies in Waiting, preparing single and married women to reign in their purposes. She is continuously working to advance the kingdom of God through ministering and building other pastors and leaders. Through her guidance and strategic insight, leaders discover the power ot converting potential to purposeul action.
Erica is a pastor at New Lite covenant Southeast and serves alongside her husband, Dr. Jermone Glenn, educating leaders across the globe. She also leads an excellent staff as the owner and head merchandiser of an upscale Boutique for women, Bibi Boutique. Erica resides in Chicago, IL with her husband and their children Josiah, Monae, and Jonathan.
